SPIRITT can retrieve the connected user's profile, search authorized meetings by date, attendee, topic, keyword, or title, and fetch a meeting's complete verbatim transcript by ID. Transcripts include speaker attribution and timestamps, allowing conclusions to be tied to specific statements.
02Which meetings can SPIRITT access?+
Search is limited to meetings authorized for the connected Otter.ai account. Connecting an account does not grant access to everyone else's meetings. For a focused mission, specify attendees, titles, topics, or a date range, and define who may receive the resulting material.
03Can SPIRITT edit transcripts or record meetings?+
The available Otter.ai actions retrieve information; they do not record meetings, edit transcripts, or change meeting records. SPIRITT uses the retrieved evidence to execute work in connected systems, such as creating Asana tasks or maintaining a Notion decision register.
04How does recurring meeting follow-through work?+
SPIRITT can search on a schedule for relevant meetings, fetch their transcripts, and maintain a record of what it has processed. It can then create downstream tasks, track them in connected tools, and surface unclear owners or dates instead of assigning details the conversation never established.
