Questions

PayPal, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT create and send PayPal invoices?+
Yes. It can create templates and invoices, generate invoice numbers and QR codes, send invoices, and search their status. It can also replace an invoice's full contents. Correction workflows retrieve the current invoice, check its state and applicable update rules, and verify the resulting totals before further action.
02Can it launch a PayPal subscription offer?+
SPIRITT can create products, billing plans, and subscriptions, and activate or deactivate plans. The customer approval journey and any requested trial configuration need validation before a signup experience goes live. Deactivating a plan stops new signups while preserving its existing subscriptions.
03What PayPal access does the workflow need?+
Connect the merchant account that owns the invoices, products, and subscriptions in scope. The mission uses the operations available to that connection. Name the account and billing journey clearly so invoice delivery, subscription collection, and payment-status work stay tied to the intended business.
04How are payment notifications different from billing subscriptions?+
Billing subscriptions describe a customer's recurring purchase. Payment notifications carry events to a workflow. SPIRITT can configure those notifications, verify signatures, and simulate events to test a delivery system without treating a test notification as a real customer payment.
05Can PayPal drive fulfillment in other systems?+
Yes. Confirmed payments can become Asana delivery tasks, shipment sheets can supply tracking for PayPal transactions, and Supabase can hold a custom membership or billing portal. Gmail and HubSpot can carry the customer conversation with the original invoice or subscription reference attached.
06Can it issue refunds or just check them?+
The available refund action retrieves an existing refund's details; it does not issue a new refund. SPIRITT can still operate the status and customer communication workflow, using refund IDs and payment records to distinguish a pending refund from a completed one.
