  • Deals reflect the sale

Keep products, quantities, discounts, and buying-group participants aligned with customer agreements, then carry the purchased scope into delivery.

  • Pipeline decisions become action

Use stage movement and conversion results to identify sales bottlenecks, run targeted follow-through, and measure whether deals progress.

Questions

Pipedrive, with SPIRITT.

01Which Pipedrive records can SPIRITT create and maintain?+
SPIRITT can create and update leads, people, organizations, deals, activities, notes, products, projects, and tasks. It can also configure pipelines, stages, and custom fields, attach products and files to deals, and maintain the commercial details as agreements change.
02What access does the Pipedrive connection need?+
Pipedrive supports account authorization or an API key. The connected account must have access to the records and actions involved. Some operations have additional restrictions: role management requires admin access, and messaging-channel operations require dedicated messaging permissions.
03Does activity follow-through actually complete the original activity?+
Yes. SPIRITT can retrieve assigned activities, investigate overdue commitments, and update the original activity after the work is verified. It can mark completed work done or apply an agreed owner and reschedule, then check the native record. Notes preserve context; they do not substitute for updating the commitment itself.
04How do Pipedrive workflows carry into other tools?+
Gmail can handle customer follow-ups, Slack can coordinate sales and delivery owners, and Google Drive can supply signed scopes or call recordings. SPIRITT can attach files and notes to Pipedrive records and update project tasks as delivery milestones are verified. Each connected tool uses its own granted access.
05Can SPIRITT build a product selection app for deals?+
Yes. A custom app can use your supplied product identifiers and pricing rules to attach products to Pipedrive deals, update quantities and prices, and apply fixed or percentage discounts. It can produce an order summary and preserve revision context. Deal configuration is distinct from collecting payment.
06How are leads different from deals in these workflows?+
Pipedrive supports separate lead creation and explicit lead-to-deal conversion. SPIRITT can keep prospects as leads until your qualification criteria are met, then convert them and verify the resulting deal. Integration-created leads receive Pipedrive's API source label; partner or campaign attribution can be preserved separately in notes and custom fields.
