What you can do with Postmark.

  • Customer events become messages

Send personalized receipts, account notices, and service updates from reusable templates tied to the customer event.

  • Purposeful message streams

Keep transactional and broadcast traffic in the right streams, with suppression handling scoped to each stream.

  • Failures get follow-through

Trace outbound messages and bounces back to the customer workflow, then repair source data and coordinate the next step.

Questions

Postmark, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT send Postmark emails or only inspect them?+
It can create and edit templates, validate them, and send batches of up to 500 templated emails. It can also search outbound messages and inspect delivery, bounce, open, and click information. A receipt or notification mission can include preparation, sending, and the operational response to failures.
02Why do Postmark message streams matter?+
Streams separate transactional and broadcast messaging, and suppression lists are managed per stream. SPIRITT can create streams, inspect their configuration, and update their names and descriptions. It can also maintain the stream mapping in your connected application so each message follows the intended route.
03What access does the Postmark connection need?+
Postmark connects with an API key. Use access appropriate to the server resources the mission needs, such as templates, message streams, webhooks, and message records. Inbound search covers messages received by that Postmark server, not your team's Gmail or Outlook inboxes; those require separate connections.
04How does SPIRITT handle suppressed recipients?+
SPIRITT can list, add, and remove suppressions for a message stream. A conservative workflow records each request, requires documented consent and a verified correction before reactivation, and leaves complaint-related suppressions in place. These are workflow safeguards, not a claim about which suppression reasons Postmark permits the removal action to handle.
05What custom systems can it build with Postmark?+
Useful builds include a Stripe receipt service, Supabase account invitation system, Google Calendar confirmation workflow, or delivery timeline for support. Postmark supplies templates, sending, streams, and email evidence while SPIRITT builds the customer logic, ledgers, interfaces, and follow-through across the other tools.
06Can delivery problems start work automatically?+
Yes. SPIRITT can configure Postmark webhooks with the available event triggers and build the receiving workflow. It can also run scheduled bounce checks and outbound searches, match failures to customer records, and create resolution tasks. Message IDs and a processing ledger keep repeated notifications from creating duplicate work.
