Pylon
Resolve the work around every issue

SPIRITT turns Pylon conversations into coordinated customer work. Triage issues with account context, carry evidence into engineering and keep support ownership aligned with the next customer commitment.

What you can do with Pylon.

  • Triage with customer context

Read issues and message history alongside account ownership, then route state, team and assignment changes accurately.

  • Escalations that carry evidence

Create customer-linked issues and engineering handoffs with the conversation details needed to take action.

  • An account record that stays useful

Maintain supported account fields and attach handoff files so teams can pick up the work without rebuilding context.

Get started in three steps.

01

Open your workspace

Start a SPIRITT workspace for support operations with Pylon.

A workspace connected to team conversations
02

Connect Pylon

Connect your Pylon account and choose the account access your mission needs. Keep other connected apps scoped to the same work.

03

Delegate an outcome

Describe the result, the Pylon records to use, and the rules for changes or delivery. SPIRITT builds the workflow and follows the result through.

Questions

Pylon, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT reply directly to Pylon conversations?+
The connection reads message history but does not expose unrestricted message sending. SPIRITT can send approved follow-ups through a separately connected email or communication app.
02Which issue fields can it change?+
Issue state, assignee, team and tags are supported. New issues can also include account, title, body, requester and priority.
03Can it work with account custom fields?+
Yes, using known valid field slugs and values. Account reads provide context; the workflow does not assume an unavailable field-discovery action exists.
04Can it attach customer handoff files?+
Yes. Account uploads accept up to five files per call and 10 MB per file. Matching filenames overwrite existing files, so naming is deliberate.
05Can it build a support operations app?+
Yes. Account, contact, issue and conversation data can power private triage consoles with task creation and engineering handoffs in connected apps.
06How does recurring triage run?+
SPIRITT can schedule searches and compare saved issue snapshots. That is a scheduled workflow, not a claim that this connection exposes native Pylon event triggers.
