Questions

Recruitee, with SPIRITT.

01Which Recruitee records can SPIRITT work with?+
SPIRITT can retrieve, create, and update candidate profiles, candidate notes, and job listings or talent pools. It can also retrieve departments, locations, tags, job-specific pipeline stages, public job listings, and company invoices. Candidate and tag deletion are available for explicitly scoped cleanup missions.
02What access does a Recruitee mission need?+
Connect the intended Recruitee company using a supported API key or OAuth connection. Access should cover the records and operations in the mission: interview preparation needs candidate and note access, while maintaining job listings also needs listing write access. SPIRITT can retrieve the company ID to verify the account context.
03Can SPIRITT run interview feedback follow-through?+
Yes. It can use an interview log or connected calendar as the schedule, retrieve candidate notes, collect feedback through connected team tools, and save attributed notes in Recruitee. It can maintain a separate summary note as new feedback arrives while preserving the original interviewer notes.
04How does Recruitee connect with the rest of our hiring tools?+
Google Sheets can supply intake records and hiring plans, Google Calendar can supply interview context, and Slack can carry interviewer follow-ups. SPIRITT links that work to candidate IDs and listing IDs, writes supported changes back to Recruitee, and can create Asana tasks for recruiting operations.
05What can SPIRITT build around our Recruitee account?+
Useful builds include a private recruiter desk with profile corrections and note capture, an interview feedback queue, and a careers comparison board that checks public listings against approved briefs. These systems use Recruitee records as their source while providing purpose-built interfaces for the hiring team.
06Does a Recruitee offer mean an employment offer letter?+
In these available operations, an offer is a job listing or talent pool. SPIRITT can create and update those records; that does not mean issuing employment offer letters. It can read a job's pipeline stage definitions, but candidate stage movement is not an available direct action here.
