01Can SPIRITT create assignments?+
Yes. Assign one existing resource to one project over a date range, optionally including planned hours per day and an internal note.
02Can existing assignment dates be changed?+
The available assignment update replaces its internal note. A date change requires a separately approved replacement assignment and removal of the old one, not an invented reschedule action.
03Can it manage resource availability?+
New resources can include capacity and workdays. Updating an existing resource through this connection replaces its note, not its scheduling fields.
04Can it compare planned and recorded work?+
Yes. SPIRITT can join assignments with paginated time entries and deliver a variance dashboard or spreadsheet.
05What project details can it maintain?+
Project title, note, color and visibility can be created or updated. Existing omitted fields are preserved by reading the project first.
06How is cleanup handled?+
Assignment deletion is permanent. Project or resource deletion also removes their assignments, so cleanup missions should name exact targets and preserve unrelated planning records.
