01Can SPIRITT change our tables or columns?+
It can inspect the complete base schema and operate on rows. Creating tables, columns, or views is not included in these actions, so apps are built around your existing structure.
02What permissions do row updates need?+
A read-write per-base API token is required for appending or changing rows. A connection with viewing permissions can still power reporting and search experiences.
03Does it replace the whole row on update?+
No. It validates exact column names and changes only supplied columns on identified rows, preserving the rest of the record.
04Can it run SQL over the base?+
Yes, SELECT queries that cannot change data with supported filtering, grouping, and linked-record traversal. Explicit JOIN, subqueries, and UNION are not supported by this action.
05How are files delivered?+
SPIRITT can generate short-lived download links for existing file or image attachments. It retrieves the bytes separately when assembling a permitted handover or archive.
06Are row removals recoverable?+
The delete action permanently removes the specified rows. SPIRITT confirms the exact scope and can create a verified archive before carrying out an approved deletion.
