Questions

Slite, with SPIRITT.

01How does SPIRITT use Slite verification and outdated status?+
Slite provides separate actions to flag a note as outdated with a reason and to mark it verified with an optional expiry. SPIRITT can connect those states to a real review workflow: compare sources, resolve discrepancies, update the note, and verify the result according to your policy. A date change alone is not evidence of correctness.
02Can it assign knowledge to a team rather than one person?+
Yes. Note ownership can be transferred to either a user or a group. SPIRITT can search Slite users and groups, match them to your responsibility map, and maintain a handover record. Assigning a note owner is a knowledge-accountability action, not a change to the note's access permissions.
03How is Slite access connected?+
The connection uses an authorized key. SPIRITT can inspect the connected user's identity and work with the notes and actions that access permits. You can define the mission around a parent note, owner, or selected note set; that working scope does not change the underlying access permissions.
04Can Slite answers become work in other systems?+
Yes. A Slack answer desk can use Slite knowledge questions and retrieve supporting notes before replying. Missing answers can become an owned documentation queue, while shipped Linear work can drive note updates and HubSpot questions can improve the sales playbook. SPIRITT maintains both the response and its source material.
05What can SPIRITT build with Slite tiles and notes?+
Notes can support onboarding guides, decision journals, and policy-change apps. Tiles support a structured header and Markdown content. For a service catalog, SPIRITT writes owner names, status labels, and external links into that Markdown, not separate native tile fields. It can build an accompanying app and workflow to keep the content current.
06Is archiving a Slite note the same as deleting it?+
No. Archive state can be changed to archive or unarchive a note, while permanent deletion removes the note and its children and cannot be undone. For duplicate-guidance cleanup, SPIRITT can retain successor links and archive the named notes instead of using irreversible deletion as a shortcut.
