Questions
SMS Alert, with SPIRITT.
01What can SPIRITT do with SMS Alert?+
It sends personalized bulk SMS, generates OTPs, manages contacts, groups, templates and short URLs, checks credits and sender IDs, and reads delivery and sent reports.
02How do I connect SMS Alert?+
Connect it with your SMS Alert API key. SPIRITT uses the sender IDs already set up on your account.
03Can each recipient get a different message?+
Yes. A single bulk request can carry different text per recipient, so names, order numbers and links are personal.
04What happens if I run out of credits?+
SPIRITT checks your balance before large sends and holds the send until credits cover it, so messages are not dropped.
05How does SPIRITT know a text arrived?+
It reads delivery reports by batch and sent reports by campaign or number, then resends failures or follows up by email.
06Can it send one-time codes?+
Yes. SMS Alert delivers codes from your OTP template, and SPIRITT builds sign-in flows where your app issues each code, sends it by SMS and verifies it server-side, with delivery reports watched for failures.
