Yes. It can create playlists, add or reorder items, and edit playlists the connected user owns. Following a playlist does not grant ownership or editing rights.
02What does playback control require?+
Spotify Premium, the relevant account permission, and an available active device. SPIRITT checks device and playback state rather than assuming a command reached a speaker.
03Can it upload songs or publish podcasts?+
This connection organizes Spotify catalog content and your account library. It does not upload audio, distribute podcast episodes, or grant rights for commercial playback.
04Does playlist curation require Spotify recommendations?+
No. SPIRITT can curate from your saved tracks, followed artists, and catalog searches. Spotify's recommendation endpoint has extended-access restrictions and is not required for these workflows.
