SPIRITT can create tasks in existing task lists, update selected task fields, create tags, and log time against tasks. It can also inspect visible projects, milestones, people, task lists, tasks, tags, and time entries to decide where work belongs and who can own it.
02What access does the Teamwork connection need?+
Teamwork connects using an API key. The connected user's access determines which projects, people, milestones, and time entries SPIRITT can inspect. Use a user with access to the mission's projects and permission for the task or time operations you delegate.
03Can SPIRITT keep milestone recovery running?+
Yes. It can repeatedly check milestone dates and project tasks, find overdue work, coordinate with owners, and update task commitments. Milestones provide the planning reference; the available actions support task changes, not creating or rescheduling the milestones themselves.
04How can Teamwork work with our briefs and billing sheets?+
SPIRITT can use Google Drive briefs to create Teamwork tasks and compare Teamwork time entries with Google Sheets work logs or rate tables. It can log verified missing time and prepare billing evidence, while invoice creation and payment collection remain separate operations.
