What you can do with Telnyx.

  • Build a notification routing system

Build a Telnyx notification workflow for the account events we approve.

  • Run a service-health desk

Build a Telnyx service-health desk using available black-box test results.

  • Create a telecom inventory app

Build an internal Telnyx inventory app from phone numbers, connections, and messaging profiles.

Get started in three steps.

01

Open your workspace

Start a SPIRITT workspace where your agent can build systems and run Telnyx workflows.

Questions

Telnyx, with SPIRITT.

01What can SPIRITT do with Telnyx?+
SPIRITT works with networks, number and connection inventories, notification profiles and channels, audit logs, and test results. Build notification routing, telecom inventories, and service-health follow-through around your Telnyx account. It connects that work to the tools your team already uses and checks the resulting records and handoffs.
02Can SPIRITT run a service-health desk?+
Yes. SPIRITT can collect each Telnyx product, test ID, and numeric result averaged over the last hour. It compares each result with your team-defined health threshold and records its derived health classification separately from the returned measurement. SPIRITT correlates threshold breaches with your incident register and coordinates PagerDuty follow-through until later measurements and service-owner checks support recovery.
03How does SPIRITT handle Telnyx operations?+
These missions configure supported notifications and inspect account resources; they do not place calls, send arbitrary SMS, buy numbers, or change call routing. Notification condition identifiers are discovered from the connected account and observed receipt is checked separately from configuration acceptance.
04How does Telnyx work with my other apps?+
SPIRITT coordinates Slack to route telecom incidents, PagerDuty to coordinate incident response, Supabase to store telecom inventory. Connect the companion apps needed for your mission, and it carries the source references and verified outcomes between them.
05Can SPIRITT keep a Telnyx workflow running?+
Yes. SPIRITT can collect scheduled test results and date-bounded audit logs, retaining their product and resource references alongside your incident records. It correlates new failures or configuration changes with open incidents and routes them to the service owner. Later test evidence and the owner’s service check determine recovery, not the arrival of a notification alone.
06How do I get started with Telnyx?+
Open a SPIRITT workspace, connect Telnyx, and hand over a mission such as "build a notification routing system." Name the target records, desired outcome, and companion apps the work needs.
