Questions

TikTok, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT publish both videos and photo posts?+
Yes. SPIRITT can publish a video from a public URL and create photo posts containing 1 to 35 images. It can also upload individual videos or batches. The workflow can check current creator posting options and retrieve processing status using each publish_id.
02Which account and videos can it access?+
You authorize a TikTok account for the mission. SPIRITT can fetch that account's user statistics and list its own public videos. Private posts are not returned by the public video list, and queries for specific video IDs verify that the videos belong to the authenticated account.
03Can it operate a recurring publishing schedule?+
Yes. SPIRITT can run a schedule around ready assets and release instructions, submit posts at the planned times, and check processing afterward. The schedule lives in the workflow SPIRITT operates; it does not depend on a native TikTok scheduling feature.
04How does it coordinate assets and the rest of the team?+
A workflow can use Google Drive for source assets, Google Sheets for release instructions, Slack for completion updates, and Asana for failed-asset repairs. Video publishing from a URL requires a publicly accessible video URL, not merely a private file link.
05What custom systems are useful for this integration?+
SPIRITT can build a searchable public video catalog, a client delivery portal, or an asset reuse register that joins video records to your supplied usage agreements. Rights information comes from those agreements, not TikTok metadata. Queries support 1 to 20 owned video IDs per request, so larger catalogs refresh in groups.
06Is uploading a video the same as publishing it?+
No. An upload submission is not proof that a post is published. SPIRITT can preserve submission identifiers and check processing status, keeping uploaded material distinct from confirmed published outcomes. Your public video list provides an additional check for videos intended to be publicly visible.
