01Which Todoist objects can SPIRITT work with?+
SPIRITT can create and update projects, sections, tasks, labels, and comments. It can also create tasks in bulk, move tasks between projects or sections, reorder tasks, complete or reopen work, and archive or restore projects.
02What access does SPIRITT need to shared projects?+
Connect the Todoist account that can access the intended projects. SPIRITT can inspect project collaborators and available project roles; actual changes remain subject to that account's permissions. It can also invite collaborators by email when sharing a project is part of your mission.
03Can it run a review that includes completed work?+
Yes. Todoist provides separate access to incomplete tasks and completed-task history, including completion-date windows. SPIRITT can combine these with activity logs and comments to distinguish finished work from outstanding commitments and maintain a scheduled weekly review.
04How can Todoist work with email, meetings, and Slack?+
SPIRITT can turn supplied meeting notes into Todoist tasks, use connected Gmail for missing-input follow-ups, and coordinate blockers through Slack. Task comments retain source links and decisions so the conversation stays connected to the action rather than becoming another detached checklist.
