01What can SPIRITT change in Toggl?+
SPIRITT can create clients, projects, tags, and time entries; update client names or notes and tag names; bulk edit time entries; and stop a running entry. It can also invite organization users, create groups, and add users to workspace projects where your access permits.
02Does connecting Toggl expose everyone's time entries?+
No. Time entry retrieval is scoped to the authenticated user. SPIRITT can list accessible workspaces, projects, and workspace or organization users, but those lists do not imply access to every teammate's time history. Connect with an API key for the account whose records the mission needs.
03Can SPIRITT prepare billing from my tracked hours?+
Yes. It can retrieve your entries, organize them by project and client, and apply rates or billing rules supplied in a connected system. The result can be an hours statement and reconciliation sheet. This Toggl connection does not itself create invoices or collect payments.
04Can it maintain a recurring time review across other tools?+
Yes. SPIRITT can run scheduled checks of your entries and active timer, send exceptions through Slack, and maintain reconciled totals in Google Sheets. Calendar events or Jira issue identifiers can provide context, but planned meetings are not treated as proof of hours worked.
05What custom software can it build around Toggl?+
SPIRITT can build a personal timer companion, a project setup desk, or an estimating library based on your historical entries. A timer companion can show the current entry, create entries for selected work, and stop an active timer; an estimating tool can connect recorded effort to scope measures you provide.
06How is this different from a time tracking report?+
A report summarizes recorded hours. SPIRITT can also act on the underlying work: create the next project's structure, repair mapped entry categories, add project users, and carry billing evidence into connected tools. Toggl remains the time record while SPIRITT operates the surrounding process.
