03Can it create or cancel reservations?+
The connection retrieves bookings and manages calendar availability, rates, and restrictions. Reservation creation or cancellation is not a supported native action here.
04Are calendar updates immediate?+
No. Acceptance means the update was queued. SPIRITT checks the affected calendar dates afterward and reports confirmed values separately from pending changes.
05How much calendar data can it read?+
A calendar request covers up to 12 months for one property. Longer planning workflows use bounded date windows, while booking lists are reconciled page by page.
06How does ongoing Uplisting work run?+
SPIRITT can register supported booking or property event callbacks and reconcile bookings on a schedule. Calendar writes are asynchronous, so it reads the affected dates again before reporting a confirmed change.
