Webex
Spaces with a purpose

SPIRITT sets up Webex teams and spaces, turns messages into assigned work, and carries decisions back to the people who need them.

What you can do with Webex.

  • Ready-to-work spaces

Launch project teams with named spaces, the right team members, and a kickoff message that makes responsibilities clear.

  • Conversations resolved

Carry Webex requests into delivery tools and return the resolution to the originating space instead of losing work in chat.

  • Clear ownership

Keep team rosters, room names, and moderator coverage aligned with the people actually responsible for the work.

Questions

Webex, with SPIRITT.

01Does this connection schedule Webex meetings or retrieve recordings?+
The available Webex actions focus on teams, spaces, messaging, people, memberships, and event notifications. SPIRITT uses those capabilities to run collaboration workflows. Meeting scheduling can be coordinated through a connected calendar; this connection does not provide meeting creation, recording downloads, or transcription actions.
02Can SPIRITT create teams and bring colleagues into them?+
Yes. It can create teams and rooms, associate rooms with teams, and add people to a team by identity or email. Team membership and individual room membership are different objects: existing room memberships can be inspected, removed, or updated for moderator and monitor roles.
03Which conversations can SPIRITT work with?+
It can list the rooms available to the connected user and read their messages, including time-window and mention-based selections. It can post to a room or private recipient. Room settings and moderation changes still depend on that user's Webex permissions.
04Can incoming Webex messages start ongoing work?+
Yes. SPIRITT can register event notifications, retrieve the relevant message, and operate a routing workflow with a processing history. That can create Jira issues, update a decision register, or notify the responsible person, then bring the outcome back into Webex.
05What useful software can SPIRITT build around Webex?+
A request-to-fix desk, project-space directory, or source-linked decision register can use Webex room, message, people, and membership records. SPIRITT builds the interface and ongoing workflow rather than asking teammates to maintain another disconnected spreadsheet.
06What happens when a Webex room is deleted?+
Deleted Webex rooms cannot be recovered. For a non-moderator, the operation removes that user from the room rather than deleting it. SPIRITT checks the exact room and the connected user's role before carrying out explicitly requested cleanup, and does not treat deletion as reversible archiving.
