What you can do with Webflow.

  • Content that ships

Move source material into structured CMS items, publish the intended release, and check the live collection content against your brief.

  • Submissions into action

Turn Webflow form submissions into matched CRM contacts, routed requests, and relevant follow-ups rather than another export to process.

  • A store kept in sync

Reconcile SKU inventory with your stock records and update order fulfillment from verified shipment information.

Questions

Webflow, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT create and publish Webflow CMS content?+
Yes. SPIRITT can create collections and custom fields, create or update items individually or in bulk, and publish selected staged items. It can also update live items or unpublish them while keeping their CMS records. Collection work can include multiple configured locales.
02What Webflow access does a mission need?+
Webflow supports connection through OAuth or an API key. The connection must include the target site and permission for the requested operations. Reading form submissions, editing CMS items, and managing orders are different scopes of work, so access should match the mission.
03Can it run recurring workflows from Webflow forms?+
SPIRITT can list forms and retrieve their submissions, then operate a recurring intake workflow with a processing ledger. Connected tools can receive CRM records, assignments, or email follow-ups. It can also register Webflow webhooks to receive notifications for specific site events; scheduled submission checks do not require a webhook.
04What can it do with Webflow ecommerce orders?+
SPIRITT can retrieve and update orders, mark orders fulfilled or unfulfilled, and issue refunds within your authorization. It can read and update SKU inventory, using warehouse records from another connected system to drive reconciliation. Marking an order fulfilled does not itself ship a package.
05Can SPIRITT build a custom app around my Webflow site?+
Yes. Useful builds include a CMS release desk, localized-content coverage dashboard, returns desk, or directory-management app. Webflow remains the content or order record while the custom app supplies validation queues, operational views, and coordination with tools such as Airtable, HubSpot, and Google Sheets.
06Does this replace the Webflow Designer?+
No. SPIRITT can inspect static-page content, perform page updates, and update page metadata, alongside managing CMS content and assets. These operations do not establish arbitrary visual-layout control. Publishing selected CMS items is distinct from publishing the site: a site release makes staged site changes live, so the entire release must fall within your authorization.
