What you can do with Wise.

  • Quotes with a clock

Compare bank-transfer pricing and payment options with the quote's expiry attached, rather than mistaking an indicative exchange rate for a payable offer.

  • Profiles kept straight

Keep personal and business records separate, including standard balances and savings jars, so cash planning uses the right profile.

  • Payment history connected

Match existing transfers and account activity to supplier obligations, then resolve discrepancies through the team's invoice and communication tools.

Questions

Wise, with SPIRITT.

01Does creating a Wise quote send money?+
No. The supported quote action creates a transient bank-transfer quote for a personal or business profile, not a transfer. SPIRITT can inspect its pricing, payment options, status, and expiry to complete a cost comparison. Creating or funding transfers is not supported by this connection.
02How do I connect the right Wise profile?+
Use a personal API token created from a Wise Business account. SPIRITT can list the personal or business profiles accessible through that connection and use the selected profile ID for quotes, balances, recipients, transfers, and activity. This keeps the mission tied to the intended account owner.
03What is the difference between a Wise rate and a quote?+
The exchange-rate lookup returns the latest indicative rate for one currency pair. A bank-transfer quote adds request-specific pricing, available payment options, and an expiration. SPIRITT keeps these separate in calculators and replaces expired quotes with newly created ones rather than extending their validity.
04Can Wise data connect to our invoice workflow?+
Yes. SPIRITT can reconcile existing transfers with Google Sheets invoices, maintain supplier identity mappings in Airtable, and resolve questions through Gmail or Asana. Transfer records remain in Wise; the connected systems hold the operational matching, case ownership, and follow-through.
05Can SPIRITT build a balance or recipient app?+
Yes. A custom app can separate standard balances from savings jars and organize recipients by profile. Recipient queries support active-status, ownership, currency, and account-type filters; directory columns use fields actually returned. The directory can deliberately withhold bank-account details. Supported actions do not modify recipients or move funds between balances.
06Can the workflow manage transfers after they are created?+
It can list and filter existing transfers, retrieve account activity, reconcile records, and coordinate investigations. This connection does not create, fund, or cancel transfers. SPIRITT can still own the surrounding quote refresh, supplier communication, and reconciliation workflow on a recurring schedule.
