Questions

Zendesk, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT reply to Zendesk tickets and own resolution?+
Yes. SPIRITT can read tickets, comments, audits, and metrics; send native ticket replies; and update ticket fields and status. It can carry an escalation through specialist work and customer communication, marking the ticket solved when the mission's resolution criteria are verified.
02What Zendesk access does a mission need?+
The connected account needs permission to access the relevant tickets, users, and organizations and to perform the requested actions. Configuring groups, fields, rules, or custom objects requires appropriate administrative permissions. Feature availability and record access remain governed by your Zendesk account and its settings.
03Can it maintain recurring workflows rather than just configure them?+
Yes. SPIRITT can operate scheduled pending-ticket follow-ups, customer roster synchronization, and suspended-ticket reviews. It can also create or update Zendesk automations and triggers. Legitimate suspended requests can be recovered natively, with recovery results checked rather than replaced by newly created tickets.
04How does it coordinate engineering without exposing internal discussion?+
SPIRITT can retrieve ticket details and comments, create a private Zendesk side conversation, and link the escalation to a Jira issue. Side conversations do not notify the customer. It can follow specialist responses and send a separate customer-safe reply in the ticket, keeping internal discussion out of that message.
05What custom systems can it build around Zendesk?+
An intake portal can collect structured diagnostics and create tickets. A warranty app can use an existing Zendesk custom object or create its schema, populate records and attachments, and perform live searches and record lookups. A support dashboard can combine ticket metrics, audits, and satisfaction ratings into operational decisions.
06How is this different from a Zendesk trigger or macro?+
Triggers execute configured rules, while macros package ticket actions. SPIRITT can use those building blocks within a wider operation: build a portal, investigate ticket history, coordinate specialist fixes, and complete customer follow-through. It can preview macro effects, make authorized corrections, and repeat the same tests before rollout.
