What you can do with Zoho Desk.

  • Department-aware triage

Use departments, teams, agents, and ticket context to assign support work with the right priority and a clear accountable owner.

  • Evidence in one place

Bring ticket threads, history, resolutions, and relevant attachments into a coherent case package instead of piecing them together manually.

  • Resolutions that travel

Carry technical cases into engineering work and turn documented fixes into useful guidance for the next customer with the same problem.

Questions

Zoho Desk, with SPIRITT.

01What ticket work can SPIRITT carry out in Zoho Desk?+
It can create contacts and tickets, update ticket fields such as status, priority, assignee, and description, and read threads, conversations, resolutions, and history. It can also upload and download ticket attachments, update account information, and apply updates to existing tasks.
02How does it choose the right organization and department?+
The connection uses Zoho Desk account authorization. SPIRITT can list accessible organizations and departments, inspect department teams, and look up agents and roles. Specify the target organization and routing rules so similarly named queues or teams are not treated as interchangeable.
03Can it send a reply directly in a Zoho Desk thread?+
The available Zoho Desk actions support reading threads and conversations, not sending a thread reply. SPIRITT can send customer updates through connected Gmail and retain the communication reference in a support register or ticket description. Ticket updates and attachment uploads remain direct Zoho Desk actions.
04What is the difference between ticket history and conversation content?+
Ticket history records changes and activities such as status or ownership transitions. Conversations and threads contain the actual messages and comments, while the resolution record captures resolution information. SPIRITT can combine these sources without mistaking an activity record for a customer's statement.
05Can SPIRITT build a custom escalation or intake system?+
Yes. It can build an intake app that finds requesters and creates department tickets, or an escalation desk joining Zoho Desk evidence to Jira work. Registers can retain contact, ticket, attachment, and issue references so each handoff is traceable and repeat submissions do not create extra cases.
06How are attachments used in ongoing support workflows?+
SPIRITT can retrieve specified ticket attachments for authorized investigation and upload prepared reference files to a ticket. Uploading a file alone does not establish who can view it. Keep internal analysis in an appropriately restricted store and use customer-safe material for ticket reference files. Scheduled reviews can identify cases still missing evidence.
