What you can do with Zoho Inventory.

  • Orders ready for packing

Turn customer requests into sales orders and packages, then produce package slips for the warehouse without claiming goods have shipped.

  • Purchasing with context

Use item records, open purchasing, and your replenishment rules to create vendor purchase orders and track the decisions behind them.

  • Cleaner account balances

Create and email invoices, apply customer credits, and record verified payments with supporting documents attached to the invoice.

Questions

Zoho Inventory, with SPIRITT.

01Which Zoho Inventory records can SPIRITT work with?+
SPIRITT can retrieve and create items, contacts, sales orders, invoices, and credit notes. It can also list and create purchase orders and bills, create packages, generate package-slip PDFs, apply invoice credits, and record customer payments.
02What access does the order workflow need?+
Connect Zoho Inventory with permission to use the relevant organization and records. A packing mission needs access for sales orders and package creation; billing work needs invoice access. Connect the source of your release lists, documents, or payment evidence when those inputs live elsewhere.
03Can it keep purchasing and billing work running on a schedule?+
Yes. SPIRITT can run scheduled replenishment checks, billing release processing, and payment reconciliation. A processing register can link source requests to created purchase orders, invoices, and payments so repeated runs do not repeat completed transactions.
04How can Zoho Inventory work with our warehouse and finance tools?+
Google Sheets can supply release quantities, reorder rules, and receipt evidence. SPIRITT can deliver package-slip PDFs through Slack, archive invoice exports in Google Drive, and create Asana tasks for purchasing or billing exceptions while keeping transaction records in Zoho Inventory.
05Can SPIRITT build a custom order portal?+
Yes. It can build a portal that uses Zoho Inventory items and contacts, validates requests against your commercial rules, and creates sales orders. The portal can provide request tracking and an exception queue without treating a created order as a confirmed shipment.
06Does creating a package or recording a payment complete shipping or move money?+
No. Package creation prepares sales order items for shipping, and package slips support the warehouse handoff; neither confirms carrier dispatch. A customer payment record logs money already received. Applying a credit note reduces invoice balances, but does not issue a cash refund.
