What you can do with Zoom.

  • Sessions under control

Create meetings, register participants, and carry schedule changes into calendars and email without leaving conflicting session details behind.

  • Follow-through by attendance

Use past participant records and available summaries to separate no-show outreach from attendee next steps and assign the resulting work.

  • Workshop continuity

Organize Zoom Whiteboards into projects, manage collaborator access, and export completed boards into a usable workshop archive.

Questions

Zoom, with SPIRITT.

01Which Zoom operations can SPIRITT handle?+
SPIRITT can create, retrieve, update, and cancel meetings; add meeting and webinar registrants; retrieve supported attendance records, recordings, and summaries; and manage Zoom Whiteboard projects and collaborators. It can also work with Revenue Accelerator conversations, scorecards, comments, and CRM data when available.
02What Zoom access and plans do these workflows need?+
Connect Zoom with permission to use the relevant hosts and resources. Meeting summaries and past meeting participant records require a paid Zoom account. Webinar details and participant workflows require the appropriate paid plan and Webinar add-on. Cloud recording and Revenue Accelerator missions also depend on those features being available to your account.
03Can SPIRITT run webinars from creation through follow-up?+
It can operate registration and follow-up around an existing webinar: retrieve its details, add registrants when registration is enabled, list registrants, and retrieve past participants. Webinar creation is not part of the supported actions here. Meeting creation is supported, so training and customer-call workflows can start with a new Zoom meeting.
04How does Zoom work with my calendar, CRM, and task tools?+
SPIRITT can carry Zoom meeting details into Google Calendar, use registrant and attendance data for Gmail outreach and HubSpot updates, and turn explicit commitments in available summaries into Asana tasks. Matching rules and source meeting IDs keep session activity connected to the right person and account.
05What custom systems can SPIRITT build around Zoom?+
Useful builds include a training attendance portal, a session scheduling desk, a private cloud-recording index, and a workshop archive. Zoom supplies the meetings, participant records, recordings, and whiteboards; the custom system supplies program-specific views, change histories, and exception handling.
06How is this different from generating a meeting summary?+
A summary captures a session. SPIRITT operates the work around it: arranging meetings, registering learners, reconciling attendance, assigning commitments, and organizing whiteboard exports. It can use available Zoom summaries without needing to join the call, and a summary is only one input to the wider workflow.
