Questions

Bright Data, with SPIRITT.

01Do I need a Bright Data account or API key?+
No. Bright Data is managed by SPIRITT. No API needed, pay per usage. You do not create a Bright Data account, buy a plan or paste credentials. Describe the pages and outcome you need in your workspace and SPIRITT handles the collection.
02How is Bright Data usage billed?+
Usage is metered per call and charged to your workspace credits based on the records collected. It is not free or unlimited, and failed provider calls are not billed. Larger collections such as big review histories or batch jobs use more credits, so SPIRITT scopes the URL list with you first.
03Which platforms can SPIRITT collect from?+
Structured records from Amazon, Walmart, eBay and TikTok Shop products, Amazon reviews and sellers, LinkedIn company pages, profiles, jobs and posts, Crunchbase and Glassdoor, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Reddit, Telegram and Xiaohongshu content, App Store and Google Play apps and reviews, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot and IMDb.
04Can it search for pages on its own?+
Bright Data collections here work from URLs: a product page, a profile, a post, a category or review page. You can share the URLs, or SPIRITT can assemble them from your sheets, CRM or its own research before collecting. Keyword discovery inside each platform is not part of this capability.
05How fresh and complete is the data?+
Records reflect the public page at collection time, so freshness depends on how often SPIRITT runs the job. Coverage is limited to publicly visible content; private profiles, logged-in views and deleted posts are not available, and a platform can occasionally return partial records.
06What does SPIRITT build around the data?+
SPIRITT turns the records into working systems: scheduled monitors, change history in Supabase or BigQuery, deployed dashboards, CRM enrichment in HubSpot or Salesforce, Slack alerts, Notion reports and tickets. It maintains the jobs, retries failures and adapts as your URL lists grow.
