Questions

Chameleon, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT publish or edit Chameleon tours?+
The connection reads experiences and their metadata but does not modify or publish them. It can build operations apps and complete downstream work from that data.
02Which customer records can it maintain?+
Profiles and companies can be created or updated by external UID. Existing records can be looked up by supported identifiers before applying approved changes.
03Can it record product events?+
Yes. Event recording is irreversible, and a new name creates a persistent event definition. SPIRITT uses approved names and deduplicates source milestones.
04Can it use microsurvey responses?+
Yes. Experience analytics expose supported tour interactions and microsurvey responses for a specific experience, enabling customer and product follow-up.
05Can it trigger or cancel scheduled deliveries?+
No. Delivery records can be listed and retrieved, not triggered or cancelled. A scheduled record is not proof that the customer saw the experience.
06Can it diagnose targeting issues?+
It can inspect profiles, properties, segments and other targeting metadata alongside experience and delivery reads, then route evidence-backed corrections to the right owner.
