Questions

Cody, with SPIRITT.

01What can SPIRITT add to Cody's knowledge base?+
Text or HTML documents up to 768 KB, uploaded files up to 100 MB in formats such as PDF, Word and PowerPoint, and public web pages. SPIRITT files them in folders and deletes what is outdated.
02Can SPIRITT talk to my Cody bots?+
Yes. It lists your bots, starts conversations, optionally focused on specific documents, sends messages and reads replies with their sources.
03How does SPIRITT keep the bot accurate?+
It syncs your source docs on a schedule, checks each document's processing status, retires outdated material and runs regular test questions so changes in answers are caught early.
04Can Cody answers flow into other tools?+
SPIRITT takes answers from Cody and puts them where work happens: ticket notes, Slack threads, RFP documents or onboarding messages, with sources included.
05What does the connection need?+
A Cody API key for your account. Your docs, drives and help desk connect separately so SPIRITT can move content and answers between them.
06Can it report on how the assistant is used?+
SPIRITT reviews conversations and messages across bots, groups questions by topic and highlights answers without sources, so you know what to document next.
