Transactional emails to one recipient each, with a subject, HTML or plain text body and file attachments, from a sender DirectIQ has approved.
02Can it attach documents?+
Yes. SPIRITT attaches files such as invoices, tickets, receipts and reports, and can generate those files itself first.
03How does SPIRITT avoid duplicate emails?+
Each send goes out immediately and a retry would send again, so SPIRITT records every message against its triggering event and checks the log before sending.
04Can it email several people at once?+
Each DirectIQ send goes to exactly one recipient, so SPIRITT sends one personalised email per person.
05What can trigger an email?+
Any event SPIRITT can see in your apps: orders, bookings, invoices, payments, signups, form submissions or a schedule.
