It creates, updates, deletes and downloads invoices, records expenses with their files, manages customers and products, reviews payments and reads your business profile and supported currencies.
02How do I connect Finmei?+
Connect it with an API token from your Finmei business. SPIRITT works within that business's invoices, expenses and records.
03Can SPIRITT send invoices to clients?+
Yes. It downloads the invoice PDF from Finmei and sends it through your connected email, such as Gmail, with the message and timing you choose.
04Can it bill in several currencies?+
Yes. SPIRITT checks the currencies Finmei supports and your business profile, then issues each invoice in the client's currency with your company and VAT details.
05Can it attach receipts to expenses?+
Yes. Expenses are created with the receipt or bill file, and SPIRITT can replace the file later if the wrong document was attached.
06How does recurring billing run?+
SPIRITT runs billing on your schedule, such as monthly retainers or weekly time billing, and logs invoice numbers against the source records to prevent double billing.
