Questions

Memberstack, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT create member accounts?+
Yes. Creation requires email and password and can include supported plans and profile fields. Passwords need secure handling and must not appear in welcome emails or shared logs.
02Can it change paid subscriptions?+
The available actions list plans and support plan inputs during member creation, plus removal of a free plan. They do not provide a general paid-subscription upgrade or cancellation workflow.
03Which profile fields can it update?+
Supported updates include email, login redirect, custom fields, metadata, and JSON. Custom fields and metadata replace whole objects, so SPIRITT merges approved edits into complete current values first. Separate JSON is not returned by member lookup: replacing it requires an authoritative complete document and explicit approval, with verification from the update response.
04Can it read Memberstack data-table records?+
It can list data-table metadata, field definitions, and access-control rules. Data-row reads and writes are not included in these actions.
05Can it power an internal support tool?+
Yes. Member lookup and plan context can power a restricted support app, with Zendesk cases and a secure workflow register handling follow-through.
06Does deleting a member cancel every charge?+
Member deletion removes the account record. External billing and subscription obligations must be checked separately rather than assumed cancelled by that action.
