Calls follow a flow you define: speak text, play audio, collect keypad input or dial another number. SPIRITT can also hang up active calls.
02Which WhatsApp messages can it send?+
Text, media, templates, reactions and interactive messages from your Mocean WhatsApp number.
03Can incoming events start work?+
Yes. Calls and WhatsApp sends can report events to a URL, and SPIRITT builds the endpoint that captures them and acts on each one.
04Can it get call recordings?+
Yes. It downloads the recording of a completed call so it can be stored, transcribed or attached to a record.
