Questions
Ninox, with SPIRITT.
01What can SPIRITT do in Ninox?+
List the teams and databases your account can access, get team details and delete specific records by workspace, database, table and record ID.
02How does it know which records to delete?+
From the request itself: record IDs in a Ninox export, a review sheet or a ticket. SPIRITT deletes exactly those and logs each one.
03Can it handle privacy requests?+
Yes. SPIRITT carries out erasure requests end to end: deletes the listed records, logs them and confirms back to the requester.
04What does the workspace map include?+
Every accessible team and its databases with names and IDs, kept current so new or removed databases stand out.
05Can it combine Ninox with other tools?+
Yes. It publishes registries to Notion or Confluence, takes requests from Zendesk or Sheets and reports in Slack or Teams.
06How do I get started with Ninox?+
Open a SPIRITT workspace, connect Ninox and ask for a map of your workspaces. Then hand over your first cleanup or retention task.
