Questions

OptimoRoute, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT create orders and plan routes?+
Yes. SPIRITT creates or updates orders, starts planning, checks job status, and retrieves routes. It identifies unassigned orders by comparing the complete approved order register with route stops or checking each order's scheduling information.
02Does starting planning mean the route is ready?+
No. Planning is asynchronous. SPIRITT checks job status and inspects the resulting routes before treating the dispatch plan as complete.
03What happens when driver parameters change?+
Updating a driver's parameters unschedules existing routes for that driver and date. SPIRITT includes replanning and verification in the same approved operational workflow.
04Can it import large order batches?+
Bulk create or update supports up to 500 orders and does not geocode them. SPIRITT validates the required location data and keeps rejected or uncertain rows visible.
05Can it show actual delivery proof?+
It can retrieve completion details, including available proof-of-delivery and form data. Missing evidence remains a gap rather than being treated as a completed delivery.
06How does it monitor the field?+
It can read mobile events for the currently active plan and poll completion and scheduling information. Historical reviews use the appropriate order and completion records rather than assuming the active-event feed covers all history.
