01What can SPIRITT do in QuintaDB?+
It reads databases, forms, fields and reports, lists, searches and fetches records, creates and updates records one at a time or up to 100 per batch, and deletes specific record IDs.
02Does it understand my fields?+
Yes. It lists each form's fields and IDs before writing, so values land in the right columns.
03What if part of a bulk write fails?+
Batches run record by record and report each outcome. SPIRITT retries failures and logs anything left over.
04How are deletions kept safe?+
Deletion works on explicit record IDs, never by filter. SPIRITT finds the exact records first and logs every ID it removes.
05Can it use my saved reports?+
Yes. It lists the reports on each form and uses them to scope record lists and searches.
06How does QuintaDB connect?+
With a QuintaDB API key. If the key is limited to selected apps, SPIRITT works within those databases.
