Questions

Salesflare, with SPIRITT.

01What is the difference between Salesflare persons and contacts?+
Persons can represent people discovered in communications who are not yet CRM contacts. SPIRITT can inspect that pool, check existing contacts, create qualified missing contacts, and associate them with accounts. This supports deliberate stakeholder coverage rather than importing everyone who appears in a message.
02Which email workflow operations are supported?+
SPIRITT can create and update workflows, retrieve workflow details and available merge fields, and re-enter or exit entities from workflows. It can also inspect email data sources and change sending limits. Experiment evaluation can use supplied exports or independently recorded outcomes; it does not depend on native workflow analytics retrieval.
03What access does a Salesflare mission need?+
Salesflare connects using an API key. The connected account's permissions govern accessible records and actions. SPIRITT can retrieve the current user and list teammates to resolve account membership or task assignments. Name the accounts, workflows, and email sources in scope, especially when a mission changes team assignments or sending limits.
04Can it build a relationship app without replacing Salesflare?+
Yes. Accounts, contact associations, messages, opportunities, and tasks can power an account workbench that writes new notes and tasks back to Salesflare. Custom fields can store qualification criteria while the app calculates and explains scores, without implying a new native Salesflare scoring feature.
05How do connected tools help maintain account context?+
Google Sheets can supply qualification rules, participant registers, and experiment outcomes. Slack can collect owner decisions before opportunity updates. A Supabase-backed app can retain reconciliation history and processing references, helping prevent repeated inquiry imports from creating duplicate Salesflare opportunities.
06How is this different from setting up one email sequence?+
Creating a sequence handles only part of account development. SPIRITT can also find missing contacts among Salesflare persons, repair account associations, transfer account users and tasks, and reconcile participant exits and re-entry. Those recurring operations keep the surrounding account records aligned as relationships change.
