Questions

WorkOS, with SPIRITT.

01What can SPIRITT do with WorkOS?+
SPIRITT creates and updates organizations, users and memberships, sends, resends and revokes invitations, sets roles and membership status, and reads SSO connections, directories, directory users and groups.
02Can it onboard a new enterprise customer?+
Yes. It creates the organization with its domains and external ID, invites the customer's admin with a role and follows up until they accept.
03Can it keep access aligned with directory sync?+
Yes. SPIRITT compares memberships with directory users and groups, updates roles and deactivates memberships so access mirrors the customer's identity provider.
04Can it remove access without losing data?+
Yes. Deactivating a membership removes access and can be reversed later, so SPIRITT uses it for offboarding and reserves deletion for confirmed cleanup.
05Can it migrate users from another system?+
Yes. It creates passwordless AuthKit users with verified emails, external IDs and metadata, then adds their organization memberships and roles.
06How do I get started with WorkOS?+
Open a SPIRITT workspace, connect WorkOS and hand over one outcome, such as onboarding new enterprise accounts. SPIRITT builds the flow, runs it and reports each customer's status.
