The Challenge
For our high boutique app dev service, where we invest significant compute resources and human QA into building custom apps and providing a SPIRITT agent for maintenance, the sales process was a massive bottleneck.
Selling these apps involved navigating complex trade-offs for customers in real-time. Different features required different pricing, varying compute resources, and highly dynamic build times. We had to manage these variables while giving the customer absolute clarity upfront about what was being built, including a full architectural breakdown and plan.
We knew exactly how to do it, but it required our absolute best sales people or a founder. It demanded long, intense training to understand the engineering complexity while being a naturally talented salesperson. We simply couldn't scale this operation, especially for mid-market deals.

Simultaneously, the SPIRITT Agent updated our HubSpot CRM to manage follow-ups. If a prospect dropped off before paying, it automatically triggered highly-tailored "abandoned cart" campaigns based on the exact features they had requested in the chat!
