The Challenge

In B2B outbound marketing, personalization is the holy grail, but it rarely scales beyond basic text variables (like {{first_name}}). We wanted to prove that an AI workspace agent could autonomously execute a highly personalized, high-touch outbound campaign.

Instead of sending generic text emails or standard PDFs, the goal was to have the SPIRITT Agent build, deploy, and send 40 custom-branded, highly personalized web presentations, each hosted at a unique URL, and manage the tracking end-to-end.

The Process

The SPIRITT Agent orchestrated the entire workflow autonomously, combining web scraping, HTML generation, Kubernetes deployment, and CRM integration into a single pipeline.

1. Lead Enrichment & Brand Extraction

Starting with a raw list of 40 leads, the SPIRITT Agent automatically researched each prospect's LinkedIn profile to infer custom pain points and tone of voice. It then visited all 40 company websites to extract their exact brand identity, capturing primary colors, logos, and cover images while automatically filtering out bad data.

2. Generative Presentation Design

The SPIRITT Agent merged the extracted brand data and LinkedIn personalization into a master presentation template. It generated 40 unique, 10-slide interactive web presentations. Each deck used the prospect's actual brand colors, their logo, and a custom slide addressing them by name with a hyper-personalized pitch that works perfectly on both mobile and desktop screens.

3. Instant Custom Domain Deployment

To host the decks, the SPIRITT Agent bypassed traditional engineering completely. It instantly deployed all 40 presentations to their own live, custom web domains. No IT tickets or manual uploading required, just 40 ready-to-share links.

4. Automated Outreach & Visual Follow-up

After creating contacts in HubSpot, the SPIRITT Agent sent authentic, plain-text emails from a founder's real Gmail account. Days later, it automatically took screenshots of the custom decks and injected those preview images into threaded follow-up emails, all routed through a custom tracking dashboard it built from scratch.

The Results
