Running a GTM Machine

Use SPIRITT to keep every source of truth in its place, label the pipeline, run campaigns as views, and improve a live GTM machine without hiring a sales org.

Running a GTM Machine

What you can do

Turn a messy CRM, a product database, and a payment ledger into one living GTM operating system. SPIRITT does not invent a second source of truth. It reads each system for what it owns, joins them on purpose, and keeps the pipeline current.

SPIRITT can run the whole loop:

  • keep product users, CRM membership, and payment truth in their own systems, then auto-architect the joins
  • admit only the people you actually want in the operating cohort, instead of inheriting years of noisy history
  • label each case as self-serve, business, or partnership, and filter the board from those labels
  • keep the board current from a few real events: a new user, a new lead, a new payment
  • run restore, acquisition, partnership, and trial work as campaigns on the same pipeline
  • publish dashboards as views from different angles: ARR, cash, route, campaign, and open work
  • improve the machine from what the pipeline actually does, so human minutes per accepted outcome go down

You stay the editor. SPIRITT does the wiring, the labeling, the watching, and the views.

Proof: we run SPIRITT this way

We built this as the operating system for SPIRITT's own GTM. Product identity stays in the product. The CRM owns pipeline membership. Payments stay with the payment system. SPIRITT watches those three events, labels the route, and keeps one live board.

The board is not a second CRM. It is a view: current ARR as subscriptions plus proven repeat credit plus contracted direct business, cash as calendar-year receipts, and potential ARR as a breakdown instead of one blended forecast. Campaigns are filters on the same leads, not a parallel system.

The illustration below is the shape of that board: ARR, campaigns, and buyer / partner work as separate views on one spine. Names and figures are invented.

The extra

Once GTM is a machine, it compounds. Memory keeps the source-of-truth map, the vetoes, and the route rules. Recurring watches keep filling the board. New labels and campaign views appear without rebuilding the stack. The next cycle is the same loop: a real event in, a labeled case on the board, a human decision where it still matters, and less work the second time.
