01Can SPIRITT send Enginemailer campaigns?+
Yes. SPIRITT creates campaigns with subject, sender, content, target list, send date and open and click tracking, then sends them immediately or on their scheduled date. It can also pause scheduled campaigns and delete undelivered ones.
02How does SPIRITT keep subscribers in sync?+
It adds and updates subscribers one by one or in batches with custom fields, confirms batch completion, tags them into subcategories and activates or unsubscribes them. Scheduled runs pick up everything new, modified, tagged, untagged or deleted since the last sync.
03Can it act on sign-ups and unsubscribes?+
Yes. On the schedule you set, SPIRITT collects new subscribers by form, page or popup, unsubscribes by campaign or autoresponder, and autoresponder starts and completions, then updates your CRM, alerts the team or starts the next step.
04What does the connection need?+
An Enginemailer API key for the account SPIRITT should run. SPIRITT verifies the connection first, then works with your subscribers, campaigns, templates, forms, popups and reports.
05Can SPIRITT report on deliverability?+
SPIRITT exports transactional email reports for up to the last 60 days as CSV, filtered by domain or recipient, and combines them with campaign and subscriber activity in Sheets or BigQuery.
