Property alerts, put to work
SPIRITT builds the endpoint that receives your Melo listing alerts, tests it with simulated property match, price, surface and photo events, and routes each event to your CRM, team chat and clients. It also audits every saved search and its notification settings.

Questions
Melo, with SPIRITT.
01What can SPIRITT do with Melo?+
List your saved searches with their criteria and notification settings, look up cities, and send simulated webhook events to test the systems that receive your listing alerts.
02How do listing alerts reach SPIRITT?+
Melo sends saved-search events to an HTTPS endpoint. SPIRITT builds and deploys that endpoint, tests it with simulated events, and you point your Melo webhook at it.
03Which events can SPIRITT test?+
Property matches and listing updates such as price, surface and picture changes.
04What happens to each event?+
SPIRITT stores it and routes it by your rules: CRM notes, client emails, team chat alerts, deals or website updates.
05Can SPIRITT audit our saved searches?+
Yes. It lists every search, filters by notification status and title, and flags duplicates and gaps for your agents.
06What do I need to get started?+
A Melo API key and the CRM, chat or email tools your agents use.
