Order pickups on termination
ConnectRemote Retrieval
Every device comes back
SPIRITT creates a Remote Retrieval order the day someone leaves, prices it, and follows the box out and back until the laptop or monitor is home or recycled with data destroyed.

What you can do with Remote Retrieval.

Costs known upfront
Live device prices size an offboarding wave or office closure before anything ships.

Questions
Remote Retrieval, with SPIRITT.
01What devices can SPIRITT order pickups for?+
Laptops, monitors up to 27 inches, cell phones and tablets, either returned to your company or recycled with data destruction.
02How does SPIRITT know when someone leaves?+
It watches your HR system, such as BambooHR, Gusto or Personio, and creates orders for departing employees.
03Can it track where a device is?+
Yes. Each order shows the employee, company and send and return status, which SPIRITT checks on a schedule.
04Can it create several orders at once?+
Yes. One request can create orders for many employees, which suits layoffs, closures and fleet refreshes.
05What about orders awaiting payment?+
SPIRITT lists pending orders and routes them to whoever approves payment, so pickups do not stall.
06What does the connection need?+
A Remote Retrieval API key. SPIRITT validates it before creating orders.
