01What does SPIRITT do in Timelink?+
It removes person records from Timelink by ID and runs everything around that step: spotting leavers in your HR system, contracts or requests, collecting approval, deleting the record and logging it.
02How does SPIRITT know which record to remove?+
Removals use the Timelink person ID. SPIRITT keeps a register that maps each person to their ID in Supabase, Sheets or your HR notes, and uses it on every exit.
03Can HR sign off on each removal?+
Yes. SPIRITT routes each removal to HR or a manager in Slack, Teams or a ticket and deletes the record the moment they sign off.
04Which systems can drive removals?+
Any connected source of truth: BambooHR, Gusto, Personio or Greenhouse, a contractor sheet, a calendar of last days, Jira offboarding tickets or Zendesk erasure requests.
