01What documents can SPIRITT process with Veryfi?+
Receipts and invoices submitted by public URL or file, up to 15 pages each, in synchronous or asynchronous mode. SPIRITT can request confidence scores and field locations for review.
02Can SPIRITT find documents later?+
Yes. It searches processed documents by text, tags, status, creation or document date ranges, and your own external IDs.
03How are approvals and duplicates tracked?+
SPIRITT marks documents as approved or duplicate, adds notes and updates external IDs directly on the Veryfi record.
04Where does extracted data go?+
Into QuickBooks or Xero bills, Google Sheets reports, BigQuery spend models, Notion review queues and approval boards like monday.com.
05Can old documents be removed?+
Yes. SPIRITT can permanently delete documents, for example after confirming an archived copy exists under your retention policy.
