Upload and parse documents, read and correct annotations, record validation results, tag and organize documents, build document types and extractors, manage mapping data sources, search and match resumes and job descriptions, split and redact documents, and manage workspaces and users.

Resumes and job descriptions, invoices, and any custom document type you define with your own fields, from PDF, Word or image files or a public URL.
03How does candidate matching work?+
SPIRITT searches your resume indexes by job description, another resume or custom criteria such as skills, titles, degrees and location, and returns ranked candidates with scores.
04Can it support blind hiring?+
Yes. SPIRITT retrieves a redacted PDF of each parsed resume with sensitive details removed, leaving the original untouched.
05How are extraction errors caught?+
SPIRITT records validation results per field against your rules, corrects confirmed annotations and maps values to your own reference lists through data sources.
